Cookie Mobsters - Production Manager
Building Morale
In the last quarter of my junior year, I produced a short student film entitled "Cookie Mobsters". Having only nine weeks to produce the film, I jumped right into work and sent a Google form with questions that assisted me in learning about the crew and their strengths. It was important for me to know what programs the team had access to, as many students were not equipped with the proper materials. The form includes the preferred pronoun for each crew member as well as what stage of production each member was comfortable with.

Working in Excel
Once production started, an Excel sheet was created to keep track of all the hard work the team was doing. I kept in contact with everyone to ensure they were turning in their assignments on time and they weren't getting overwhelmed with the amount of work that was given.
