Car Lives - Producer

Tracking & Scheduling

As a Senior, I was given access to the production efficient program, Shotgun. Here is where I make detailed-oriented schedules during our pre-production phase. I use rules and widgets to display a color-coded, easy-to-read format.

As the film progressed, I updated our Shotgun schedule during the production stages, keeping track of shots, and compiling shots to put into the film's composite.

Below is a Google Drive for the Car Lives film where crew members can submit their dallies as well as review notes from previous meetings. I also created a Resource folder that includes How-Tos and Photoshop brush that team can be used for both personal and production work.

Shotgun Guide

After finding little to no tutorials on the basis of Shotgun, I decided to make a pdf. guide for my crew members to follow. I have shared this document with aspiring producers, industry professionals, and university professors so they may be aware of the structure of this complex, yet efficient program. A Downloadable pdf. can be found below.
